Nutritional Therapy looks beyond symptoms to understand why your energy, brain function or resilience feels compromised. Rather than treating one issue in isolation, I explore how nutrition, hormones, digestion, stress and the nervous system interact, and where imbalances may be holding you back.

When we work together, I take time to really listen to your story, your symptoms, and your goals. I look at the whole picture: including lifestyle, stress load, gut health, hormonal shifts, past experiences and, where appropriate, functional and energetic testing.  From this, I create a fully personalised plan that supports energy production, clearer thinking, and overall wellbeing, helping you feel more like yourself again.

What to expect

Food is not just fuel, it's information for your body and brain. When nourishment is aligned with your individual needs, many people notice improvements in energy, digestion, mood and focus surprisingly quickly.

My naturopathic approach combines nutrition with gentle, targeted support to help regulate the systems that underpin brain health and energy. This may include functional lab testing where appropriate (lab fees not included), so we’re working with insight rather than guesswork.

Many of my clients are sensitive to supplements or feel worse with high-dose protocols. For this reason, my work is intentionally gentle, individual and responsive. I often use customised homeobotanical remedies rather than aggressive supplementation, especially for those who feel “wired but tired”, reactive, or disappointed by past approaches.
